My 04 RR is back in the shop re: the Nav system.

Locks up (hard crash) which can only be remedied by turning the truck off for a few minutes.
And when it is working - lots of times it give bizarre (why wrong) directions.

The dealer replaced the unit just after I bought the new vehicle two years ago.
Now – since he can’t duplicate the problems – refuses to do anything.

Can someone give me contact info for the regional manager (the region that includes No California)?

This is a treal pisser for me – not what I expect after handing over a check for $85K.

Its likely you shook something loose off roading.

Sounds like an antenna problem for nav or an overheating head unit only way to tell if the head unit is overheating is do just that (turn on heat and let the vents from the center of the dash flow) on a hot day the antenna issue you need to see if the amplifier is working in the rear
