Hi LandRoverForums,
New here from RI. The end of last month I purchased a 2008 LR2 from one of those side-of-the-road car dealers in Mass. It is for my wife and she really likes it. The body, interior, and suspension are in decent condition but at 143K miles it has been severely neglected. Right now we are dealing with 2 I/M readiness issues and may need to have 4 new cats installed. There are other issues but I think this will make a nice car when it is done. I’ll start another thread in the LR2 section about all the issues with this car. This is, it is pretty easy to work on. Put on 4 new tires, all brake pads and when I get it back from the shop will service the Haldex.
I am slowly becoming an armchair expert on the LR2. I am kind of surprised that there are not a lot of these out there for sale (not that I am looking for another one)
