Default Off road set up of 2023 Defender ii

I traded in my rubicon with 3" lift for 2023 Defender in February. I am enjoying the better ride and know it will not take me to the really rough places I use to go. I would like to go off road with some confidence doing mild off roading in Arizona. The tires seem to be the biggest concern for me. The side walls are just not up for any rough off road. I would like to have much better side walls and it would be nice to have bead locks wheels. I have been searching for what is out there and it looks like if I go with 18" wheels and a taller tire from my 20"wheels the wheel will rub on the brakes. If I stay with the 20" wheels and just get tougher tires that may be the best I can do. I am disappointed that the Land Rover doesn't have more options. I am thinking of getting a second set of wheels (20") and getting Toyo or Micky Thompson tires and getting narrower tires. I would like some input on my thoughts.
