Radiator from RockAuto
box it came in was damaged
Radiator was damaged
Online returns only. Absolutely no way to talk to anyone
They will not accept return if box is damaged ( it came damaged)
I first heard of RockAuto on Land Rover Forums

Did you know they only have 1 1/2 stars ?
I found that out today
I suggest Land Rover Forums not even mention RockAuto,
I am at this very moment dealing with a most embarrassing purchase from them

 

I’ve been using Rock Auto for a number of years now. I haven’t had perfect service from them but all in all it’s been worthwhile ordering from them. They are the only company that I order from that has shipping to Canada figured out. I never pay extra fees to the courier company with parts from RA. Goods from every other supplier generally ends up with extra fees being charged by the courier for cross border shipments.

I’ve used them a lot over the years. Mostly good experience with them. I’ve had a couple of unsatisfactory issues but it’s still worth using them.
