I'm considering buying an 07 LR3 4.4l 4x4, with 30k on it. Is there anything to check on it? Are these pretty reliable over all?

On a side note, I would be trading an 05 Durango Hemi 4x2 for this. I'm new to Rovers...but not off roading, own an 05 Liberty 4x4 that sees regular wheeling, and had a 99 Grand Cherokee 4x4 before that. I really think an LR3 would accompany the Liberty nice.
