I am appealing to Land Rover enthusiasts to help me make the case to indulge myself and purchase a used Range Rover. I am a little nervous about taking the plunge after checking the recalls and TSB's for the Range Rover, and a general reputation (earned or not) of being temperamental and prone to frequent repairs. For owners, would you buy one again? If Range Rover owners would provide any feedback, it would be appreciated. I am looking at '02 Range Rover HSE with 62k miles for $24k, or a '00 Range Rover SE with 27k for $18k. Thanks.

 

i am a firm believer in the theory that you vehicle treats you as well as you treat it..my car is supposedly a nightmare car, but it has spent many many days at the track, with very few problems.
