Hi everyone. I just got my 2000 land rover discovery about two weeks ago. First time ever owning a rover and i LOVE it. Sorry if i ask some nub questions but it is because i am new to the rover world.

 

welcome... Did you do a lot of research before deciding on a Rover?

 

I did some. Mainly just reviews on reliability and build quality, and still bought one even hearing some of the horror stories. Seems like you just need to show them some love when it comes to routine maintenance and hope you did not get a lemon. However i also have been around them at off road rallies and have seen what they are able to do. That is what sold me on them. That and the fact that i wanted a suv with a v8 and none of the IFS crap. haha.
