Transfer box neutral

Default Transfer box neutral

hello I have a 2005 RR HSE I went to start it and it said transfer box in neutral I shift into gear and it doesn’t move at all. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Put the transmission in neutral. Move the transfer case selector to high range. What does it say/do?

well I feel like an idiot how do you move the transfer case selector to high range??

Switch on the right (with the mountains) push towards the dash.

Nothing happened at all besides my truck started to shake a little but that was it.

Did you try switching it to low range?

What codes are you getting? Almost betting you have a bad switch or shift motor.
