Pretty shure he said has front locker and the smallest tires of all the rigs, 35"

Fish that's a bad joke, love how the super Heep guys welds break, and is it me or does the jeep body look slightly folded ?

We all know it is not possible to off road without booze, heck its not possible to have fun without booze to lead to an alcohol fueled argument, waiting for it

Well considering each section takes them 6-9 hours I would say it is mostly just dirt road driving and they show you the harder sections

Which is completely different then how the intro describes it, "teams forging trails to make a road to X"

they did explain the best thing to do was to lock your front wheels and have them pull you threw.
But no were in the description of the vehicle do the mention lockers just HD axles, every other vehicle list what type of locker they have, detriot, spool even linclon, but it list nothing for the rover

Yeah I was pretty bummed last night. IMO last night's episode was the best so far. It showed some good wheeling, great views, and was a more accurate glimpse into what off roading is really all about.
Now I have to resort to rooting for anyone but Super Heep to win.

ok. I tuned out after episode 1. but it sounds like my 1st premonition came true. (someone couldn't finish) has there been a fight yet with yelling and finger pointing? and I still think the bro/sis team wins it. scripting

No fights

Sad thing is the rover and Heep had completed the previous leg and had to double back to rescue the white trash brothers in the junky 4 runner

Rover could have been OK if he had done a proper repair on the oil line, he just wrapped some rubber hose over the leaking pressure line

3 rigs got holes in tire sidewalls, guys in the big land cruiser thing said their bloggers were new and 3k each? I did not know those tire were so pricey sounds like b.s.

I totally agree, there are better ways to patch a line. He could have also installed a proper oil pressure gauge before leaving on the trip and been able to stop before the pressure dropped.

I think he just had bad communication and math skills. They were probably 3k for the full set. Those 37" Boggers are around $400 a pop. so that's $2,000 for 5. You add shipping to Alaska and mounting and you're probably at $2,500 which rounds up to $3,000.
