Default Cool tribute insider on ARB bumpers

https://expeditionportal.com/arb-bumper-review/

My need for a replacement bumper peaked after my participation in Maine Winter Romp. Pretty much totaled the plastic front bumper to the point that the truck would not pass NH state safety inspection. Plus it looked like ****. At the time I was not well informed on ARB products and did not really like the boxy squared off look of their bumpers. I reached out to RTE Fab to discuss a custom fabricated HD front bumper that resembles the stock facelift D2 bumper. The conclusion was that it would be a very costly project. I did an extensive search for aftermarket front bumpers for the Discovery 2 and ultimately decided on ARB's Sahara bumper. It still has the ugly squared off edges but over time the look of this bumper has leaned on me quit a bit. I have no regrets 1 year later.

Looks good. Personally, the edges don't look so sharp/hard...to me. Makes it look more rugged, smooth/soft corners mean mall-cruiser to me.

Your's is the winch model, right? But you have no winch...do you plan on adding one?

Brian.

I do prefer a clean look but I respect your difference in opinion. Yes my bumper is winch compatible and I do intend on adding one down the road. The frame is a bigger priority however.
