Default Is it creepy...

....if i start leaving notes on Discovery's asking them to trade their 16" wheels for my 18"?
every other Disco 2 in my town has 16's, and i want them for better offroad tire selection!!! my 18" have basically brand new tires on them, and i'm willing to trade for 16" with bald tires.
just wondering how you'd feel if somebody left a note on your car asking to trade wheels.

Maybe start out with a "nice rover" "hey you ever do any trails??" Leave your number on it and then maybe become friends with the person. Once you guys get to talking after maybe a trail run or two you could ask. If you left a note on my car wanting to trade wheels I would say "CREEPY"! LOLZ

I wouldn't think it was creepy. But anyone taking one look at any of my Rovers would know I wouldn't be interested in 18" wheels. LOL
If you see one that looks like it never goes off-road, go for it.

What if you saw a house with a really cool 110 and D2 parked out front. Would it be creepy to stop?

i'd say no. anybody with a car like that should expect people to stop and admire it.

yep. didn't do a trade for the tires. worked out a trade for a spare computer i had. he was looking to upgrade his wheels anyway and this gave him an excuse to do it.
i've painted them, and i'm ordering some Duratracs on the 14th, and i'll be ready to roll.
good times.
