I am not sure which annoys me more... The ignorance of the driver or that we live in a society where photographing and recording takes precedence over helping in emergency situations.

What we have here is a failure to communicate...
Land Rover entices their market base by posting photos and images of Rovers in compromising positions:
Then they pepper the internet with catchy slogans to make one believe that they too can live the Rover dream:
Why wouldn't he believe that he could drive his Rover down to the edge of the ocean?
As for the 'goon' video taping.... let's just give him a hall pass.. shall we?
