I want to see that Documentary on HBO, I heard the interview with the director on NPR before it was released, just have yet to watch it.

I love tree hugging...last summer I hugged 7 cord worth of trees at least 3 times. Gotta keep warm somehow.

But I do agree, we have to educate people on how to maintain our Earth. And the answer is NOT to close off all the logging roads and crush the 4x4s.

I agree 1000%, nothing like keeping warm by burning a renewable resource in your wood boiler.
I helped my ex-brother in-law over the years cut enough fallen trees into fire wood that in 10 yrs we never had to cut down a live tree, there is enough fallen timber to last almost a lifetime.
And after a big storm...go clean up the neighborhood and there is another cord or two.
