no idea have you considered a swamp people marathon to get some recipe ideas? Those boys do not look like they are starving....

I would think some sort of brine would be good or a marinade with bourbon . Just not sure what goes good with gator.

Swamp People: Find Your Inner Cajun - Alligator Recipes

second recipe down - grilled by swamp people.

marinate it in a milk bath (enough to cover the alligator) with Cajun spices for 3-4 hours. It takes the gamey taste out of that there gator.

after you marinate it, take it out of the marinade, roll it in any additional spice mixture you'd like (garlic powder, black pepper, Cayenne pepper, etc.) and brush it with olive oil. Cook on skewers for 10 minutes each side (if large pieces) or until the meat is white and firm.

enjoy.

I have requested it and I am awaiting the powers that be to answer. Although I am thinking it's time to post a thread for Turkey recipes....

I'm a southern boy. So, cornbread dressing, banana and candied yams and a plethora of other items...

Turkey which way? Roasted, grilled, smoked, deep fried....

I recently made a turkey cornbread dressing casserole. MMMHMMMM GUUD!
