House centipedes

Default House centipedes
Do you suffer from these little varmints indoors in the US. They are house centipedes but we call them 'hairy runners' as they are hairy and move like lightning!

Yup, I'm in Queens NYC, and we get those around the beginning of Spring.

i usually fine them around water leaks tend to like the damp

I found they are attracted to duct tape. lay a strip on the floor and then throw it away in the morning. It also attracts crickets

RAID bug spray deals with then PDQ and they don't return too quick either to the same vicinity.
