How much is fuel in your area per litre
Here in Red Deer (AB) at Costco it is $0.679 per litre (CDN) for 87 octane, the cheapest I can remember forever, except when I was in high school working at a Texaco gas station and it was I believe $0.37 per imperial gallon (1964). That gives you all something to smile about and takes your minds off of virus news...
I started driving in Ontario in 1999 had a 1988 carburetor Honda prelude filled up .62 cents at esso, you never forget your first car and your first fill up. Had that car for 5 years and bought it with 300,000 km on it.
My first car was a 1952 Chev 4 door sedan in 1964 and the column shift was broken so had 2 rods through the floorboards, one for 1st and reverse, the other for 2nd and 3rd. The car lasted 1 year, then came motorcycles...
The budget stations just started dropping prices here this week... Top Tier stations not so much, Cheapest Chevron supreme within 10 miles of me still at $3.49...
Luckily since I haven't been driving much and neither has anyone else, I can wait them out!! It will go down...
Oil at $23/barrel now!!
