So I sold off 1 set of my old boxes today, and my work bench got $325 for them both. So that was nice and sold in less than 24 hours.

Got the new box in it's proper spot. For size reference that is a 32" tv

So I was over at Home Depot to pick up a few things for a toilet I was installing.

So somehow I ended up with this.....

24" deep 60" long 11 drawer matching workbench/toolbox. So it was on sale for $598, the last one they had and it was the display so it had a few small scratches. They knocked $100 off. I noticed it was missing the shelf on the peg board they knocked another $100 off. Then 10% off for military. It was so cheap I had no chance. In my mind though I only spend $62 on it since $325 didn't come out of my account...

I know its false math but it made me smile

Think I had got a set from h f also but they did not have all the spots I needed?, home depot and Lowes may also have them

Good for you AR, that's a hell of a score! Amazing because when I leave the plumbing section at Home Depot I'm ready to murder someone. You... snag a deal on a sweet box.

NOTE to SELF: GO SHOPPING WITH ArmyRover

Need more tools or smaller boxes if TV fits.

Still have another full stack box to empty into it and a couple bins, boxes and bags...... TV will be getting wall mounted. Also will be doing the surround sound in the garage with the FireTV stick with Kodi doing entertainment duty.

Generally I hate the plumbing aisle as well, especially installing crappers.

Every now and then God smiles on fools and idiots it was just my day apparently.

I call it creative ingenuity That's awesome - nice score. I love false math.. years ago when the city did the annual spring clean-up here, I'd find stuff on the side of the road, sell it on ebay and buy what I wanted online with the proceeds. I felt like I was taking something which was free and making it into what I needed or wanted at the time. Those were the good old days.... I can't tell you how many Christmas gifts I had bought online with junk from the street!

Then I decided to mount the TV. Amazon Prime basics stupid cheap telescoping mount crap instructions and you might need some washers from the parts bin....

Also added a Polk audio 2.1 sound system with bluetooth for some tunes while I work. Have a FireTV hooked up so I can watch the Grand Tour

Crazy the stuff you find when you are cleaning out your old tool box....

Original metal one.

Then started doing some organizing while sorting out where everything will call home in the boxes.

Apparently photobucket now charges to do image linking.

Time to find a new provider.
