Can't believe it - almost 3 weeks away! What, if anything, is on your wish list this Christmas?

 

A new transfer case/transmission. Not sure I made a good impression with the new neighbors....

 

awe.. it's so sad to see a Rover on a flatbed. Hopefully he/(she?) is feeling better soon and Santa is good to you this year. Park her in that shiny new garage of yours - I bet you she wants to break it in and is just being fussy because she needs a little TLC... girls are like that.

I'm hoping for Santa to fix my 8-ball (it has been broken all year), maybe a wee, tiny, little iddy bitty box of chocolates (ok, maybe not as I'm trying to get into my favorite pair of jeans), and world peace. That, I know, doesn't come easily what with Russia invading the Ukraine repeatedly and upsetting any equilibrium to be had.

As for the Rover, I thought I'd show her a little love/appreciation/TLC (remember, they need that - those Rovers) and get her something... I don't know.. maybe a pair of seat covers or tickets to the car wash, etc. but, lately, she doesn't seem too keen on me. I think she got cozy with a Buick Rendezvous parked at the neighbor's place over Thanksgiving weekend and figured she'd try the high life for a while. One look at the Rendezvous's instrument cluster is all it took - luxury and opulence.. teal illuminated needles and numbers set in silver face, accented in chrome trim rings.. sigh.. younger, shinier, prettier.. I simply cannot compete with that. Now my Rover wants the world and there is no peace at all!

 

Looks like it chewed it's insides up on the LT95, so I need a trans and transfer case.

Need to organize the garage and get everything put away so I can push it inside.

As much as I love ya Army I'm starting to think that your response was a mercy mission and that no one else wants to talk to me.

NOT even OFFROAD and that's something... either that or everyone has been like me (bad bad bad) and they know that Santa won't be coming around

SOooo.. I shall take my sniffling self and go elsewhere. Nobody likes me, everybody hates me so I guess I'll go eat worms. I have a void in my life and I'd best go throw myself into other endeavors before I fall into the abyss.
