Lift Advice
Hi All,
I'm looking into investing in a 2 post asymmetrical lift for my garage. Does anyone have advice? I've got about 12' of head room and would like to be able to stand up under the LR (my tallest vehicle). TIA

Be careful if you go for a two post lift as many cars and trucks have fallen off of them as there is no restraint and it'll crush you if it happens as it relies solely on the rubber pads gripping the frame. If you go for a used lift ensure you see it working before they dismantle and remove it.

I'm in Toronto Canada we have a lift superstore here they are about 4-6 k.
I bought a house that had a drive up lift and I tell you I couldn't stand under it but it was a good 4 feet off the ground and it makes it soooo easy to do any work

Costco is the sh-t. Its amazing how much crap you can buy through them besides of what is actually on display.. Mind me asking what yer pops paid for his setup or ball park? Costco's warranties are most excellent.
I'll double check with him was a few years ago but I want to say it was around $4.5k
