Getting the house unpacked and getting back towards normal. Picked up a grill to replace my Kingsford that was so rusted it wasn't worth moving.





Saw this interesting car at the home depot while we were getting our washer and dryer. That is one hell of a locking gas cap.....

 

I swear Land Rover's follow me home sometimes. I woke up and this thing was out front....

 

First day at my new unit, it has been along time since I've reported in to a new unit....

 

And the A/C has died.....

Good thing its not hot here..

 

A/C fixed and that truck is a trooper. I hate to say it but I feed it and change the oil and it runs like a champ.

Moved the new couch inside the back with the seats folded down and the gate closed

Weird not staring at a temp gauge when sitting in 100 degree traffic with the ac on.

Soon it may be helping me move again....

So we moved again and here is the 110 at her new home.

The Expedition is still awesome and rolling along. Just did 1900 miles in 5 days going back up north for Christmas with family. All the presents luggage, wife, daughter and 3 dogs all packed in it.

Crappy gas mileage the whole way but it never misses a beat and is so surprisingly comfortable.

The reason for the move is we bought our own home!

 

Few pics of the Expedition all cleaned up before the trip, washed vacuumed waxed and interior cleaned up. Not bad for a 18 year old Ford with 185k on the clock.







And with some of our stuff packed in for the ride home....

 

Forgot to put in also did a LED headlight bulb upgrade. It was supposed to be a plug and play but not quite the reality. All in all needs a bit more aiming but provides a fair amount of light.
