And as mentioned earlier, I agreed to leave the Disco with the seller until I've made all the payments. Originally he was going to give me the keys and let me drive it home once I put down $1,500-2,000 (so long as i honored the contract and made all my future payments on time) but I would have to insure it plus the gas prices for it would be a large expense out of my pocket. So I offered and we agreed to leave the Disco with the seller (he primised not to drive it anymore and not to sell it to anyone else) This arrangement works best for me because I only have to deduct $300 weekly, dont have to worry about gas prices or auto insurance and my Saab 9-5 is a 4 cylinder so I have cheap reliable transportation as it is. This also makes the contract more reasonable and less is risked. If he cancels the contract then he agrees to refund every penny I've paid, if I cancel the contract I walk away without a penny and without the Disco. Fair and square.
