SLS is an option on D2. It is basically rear air suspension. The coil springs are replaced by air bags. There is A switch on the dash to lower the rear and raise. You can also purchase A special remote that will lower the rear remotely.

sls and eas i find is realy good, it smoothens out your ride and provides a nice amount of wheel travel, also if you are carrying a huge payload or towing a caravn it levels itself as if nothings was in/on the car, its a realy affective system, a must i say

My mother is really happy with the ace on her 2000 discovery it come in handy when driving in the SF bay area with alot of fast drivers who make sudden moves plus with SLS and the 18 inch wheels that makes it easier on her back not a rough ride at all. I just wish that land rover could have had that as a option on the D1 in 1996. Mine rides like a truck but hey that's how one know it's heavy duty and tough.
