Hi All - my RR SVR was stolen and recovered but has extensive damage.
Insurance company hasn't totaled yet and has had the body shop begin repairs. The body shop has found additional damage as they have gone through repairs and have now found an issue with the engine.

How do I convince the insurance company to finally totally the car?

Does a CPO warranty get voided for a stolen recovered engine issue or will they still fix the engine issue under warranty even though it was caused via stolen damage?

 

Any update on this, did the vehicle get totalled or are they repairing it
