Aside from some of the "why do I have to pay for other peoples ****" aspects, I am not a republican or right-winger.

That being said, it is extremely refreshing for a political figure to actually speak what is on their mind.

There a lot of people that are tired of Political rhetoric. Love him or hate him, he speaks his mind and I can respect him for that.

Irrespective of any political persuasions, Trump seems to be pretty insulting and rude towards others and particularly women. I can't recall another US presidential candidate who is/was so blatantly aggressively rude to others. I always believe that anyone who resorts to rudeness etc has nothing to offer or has lost the plot ............... just my thoughts. Another passing thought, why does a so called $billionaire want to play hardball in the US politics arena ................... something don't stack up about it!

This could quickly devolve into a nasty thread but I totally agree with your take on this. How someone so thin-skinned and childish can make it in business is a mystery to me. I would be embarrassed to admit I had ever dealt with someone like that. And he is the GOP frontrunner! Most of my political positions differ from the GOP but there are plenty of candidates in this field that I respect even if I disagree with them. He is definitely not among them.

I'm pretty set in my ways. I vote. I pay attention and I even have a doctoral degree. And...

I'm sick of political correctness. It arose in my lifetime and it needs to die. I don't know how it is in the rest of the world but in the United States if you can feign offense or couch yourself as a victim of some sort you are apparently given a club with which to beat every one else. If you are anything other than a Christian or a Jew then your opinion counts more and your actions count less. It is a drag on the mind, soul, and finances of our country. Some people are lazy. Some people are dumb. Some people have mental disorders. And yet we exhault these aberrations and give them special recognition and treatment. It is a recipe for chaos. Trying to raise normal children in this culture is like trying to teach a pig to dance; it never works and it always annoys the pig.

Trump is in trouble for noticing physical characteristics of women? Does he notice men?... no one asked that. Is he blind? No man in history has had his physical appearance so publicly mocked as Donald Trump. His hair is ridiculous. The premise of the question was the existence of a "war on women," which is a liberal fiction cynically designed to keep women voting for the inventors of the fiction.

I can't imagine voting for Trump except for pure entertainment value but, for pure entertainment value, I'm glad he's in the race. The fact that he says what's on his mind, for better or worse, instead of speaking in the soothing tones of well rehearsed political operatives who change their "views" with each new poll and for whom facts, truth, convictions, and faith are just trading cards, is icing on the cake At the very least he can't do worse that our current President but then not many could.

Anyway, that's my opinion. Back to keeping my rover running

Trump makes JEB happy; because he now has the second highest number of votes, that's all his brother George had and he became president.

He brings up a lot of good points, but not someone I'd trust with a key to the button... a little too hot-headed and unpredictable to hover over a button that could destroy all of mankind...

unfiltered... flies off the handle under pressure and lashes out...I think a president should be cool, calm, and calculated...

excellent comedy relief tho...hehe.. you just never know what is going to come out of his mouth next ....

I agree with what you say. I wouldn't vote for him. But a tiny part of me wishes we had a president who, after having painstakingly made a preliminary deal with Iran would say "Death to me? Death to America? Screw you... the deal is OFF." I have no doubt that would be Trump's exact reaction.
