as a old jeep guy i need to say land rover discovery 2 front drive shafts suck really suck who invented the centering ball they deserve a swift kick in rear i had to take it to my machine shop bud to cut out the bearing. fun on the mc at 35 degrees. ahhh ........... maybe i would have a better outlook if my sewer was not backed up when i woke up this am AHHHHH well its all done now rover shaft done ...turds going to the street ..........time for a beer

All DC propshafts, as far as I know, have a centering ball. Nothing at all unique to Land Rover.
