My wife has been naming cars we owned for years. I bought my DII a month ago and named it right away before she named it something cheesy. I decided to go with (Britney) or "Brit" for short. "Brit" cause well, its British. Other than that Britney Spears can be pretty, attention getting, big trouble and dirty all at the same time. So I thought PERFECT! Her name is "Brit"! What is your Rover's name?

 

99 disco 2, her name is "Cary" because of the spare tire cover... i think thats the name of the dealer where she was originally bought from. It has a Tiger walking real low like its on the prowl....

 

MY DII's name is "Ruby" for two reasons, A.) My disco is ruby red, B.) Ruby was one of the top british names back when I bought my disco. I think its an unwritten rule that if you're a man, your vehicle is a girl.

 

but if you're a girl isn't your vehicle also a girl? So, all vehicles are girls? My girlfriend named my DiscoII Roger. Roger the Rover. I don't like to think of an off roading machine as a girl. Thats just me.

 

Well Britney is too perfect for mine since she can break down at any moment and has lots of room inside.lol

 

Wife just informed me last night that my rovers name is "Grover" I think the kids might have helped with that one!!

 

Until I get my brake switch replaced, mine is called driveway candy.

 

I have toyed with idea of naming my Rover after my ex-fiance, Larissa. They both can be awesome then turn around and be a total bitch.

 

My ex named mine Larry. Larry the Land Rover.

 

Mine is Margarit,,,,,,,,,my first girlfriend in the 4th grade.
