Hi - going around in circles. Looking to buy a 2017 L405 Range Rover.

Would prefer the gas scV8.

I want to be able to fit at least 20" wheels with 10-ply (E rated) side walls.

1. were they two different types/sizes of brakes fitted to the L405 gas V8 versus the scV6 and TD6? If so, how does one differentiate visually?
2. are there any LR 20" wheels which will fit the gas scV8? If so, model or style number?
3. is there any option for a 18" wheel on any of the L405? Tuffant / Compomotive but no LR wheels?

I guess my other question...anyone fitted rear drawers to a L405? The challenge is the spare tire under the floor (not under the vehicle) meaning a flat tire will mean removing the entire drawer system etc. Not keen to put spare on roof.


I know these have been asked but I only can find answers for people with up to about 2015 L405 and generally in the UK and then generally talking about diesels versus gas.
