Seeing to locate and purchase a new or used Rasta™ 4x4 Swing Away Spare Tire Carrier like that shown in the attached photo.

I do as well (have a brand new FR which I purchased for $1195) although it clearly is not as well made as the Rasta. Hence, my seeking to locate a new or used Rasta.
