Default Electrical problem Range Rover Classic

Electrical problem Range Rover Classic
Range Rover classic 1994. I have no horn, no hazard lights and no flash headlights (when lights are off). I replaced the switch (PRC5072) but still the same problem, so it isn't the switch. It strikes me that this might be easy enough to diagnose. All those elements should work with the ignition off, I think, so do they share a common earth or power supply, and if so, where is that situated in the loom - can I get at it without taking the dash apart? It's a PITA, because the horn is an NCT (Irish equivalent of MOT) fail straight off, so it has to be fixed.

Just to note that I've found the Electrical Troubleshooting pdf and I'm going to take a look at that, but it's a bit over my head, tbh. Just to add that the other functions of that switch, indicators and full beam, do work.

I’m sorry to revive an old thread, but was a solution ever found to this? I’m having the exact same issue. I can’t find an accurate service manual for my ‘94 4.2, I’ve installed a new switch, I’ve check fuses, and checked the “flashers” relay. But still no horn, no flashers, no hazards. But indicators and brights work.

For the manual, WaltNYC on this forum has a link to the proper LR manuals for your RRC.
