Default Range Rover Classic rim size upgrade

Hopefully the brain trust can help clear this up for me

Per google the following vehicles all share the same wheel bolt pattern of 5 x 6.5 (5 x 165.1):
Defender 1983 - 2016
Discovery 1989 - 1998
Range Rover 1970 - 1996

I would love to replace my 16's with 18's. Rover's North has a set of 18's that look sharp but more than I was hoping to spend. I found a set of 5 Discovery rims on FB market place for $400 but the seller claims they are 5 x 120 (5 x 4.72) this seems small for a truck tire.

What am I missing here?

Thanks

David

With introduction of the Range Rover P38 they went to a more common lug pattern shared if memory serves with parent company BMW. The discovery line switched mid year 1999 when they ended the disco 1 and began the disco 2.

18’s for the RRC will be spendy.
