Question Undercoating for a 95 RRC SWB

Hi all -

I'm about to receive a 1995 RRC SWB from California, which has also spent time in Arizona. While I actually haven't inspected it myself, I trust the seller, pics/video look good, and the climate where it's spent its life is in the car's favor in terms of rust.

I, however, reside in NYC, and I want to do everything I possibly can to avoid rust forming. I have heard that the best thing to do is to thoroughly pressure wash / clean the undercarriage and to use a coating that is a mix of wax and oil. Does anyone have an opinion on a brand to use (Woolwax, Waxoyl), or are they all similar enough?

Are there any thoughts on the paint/rubber type solutions like "Raptor"?

Also, is it possible that these undercoatings are bad for the car (clogging drain points and causing more rust to build inside)?

Does anyone have a undercoating service center they have used and were happy with in the Tri-state area?

Any other recommendations (other than "move to California")?
