2010 rr u0401 & u3000

2010 rr u0401 & u3000
Good day,
I've purchased a 2010 RR HSE 5.0 N/A and its having a crank but no start condition.
I've borrowed a friends snap-on scan tool and have the following codes
Engine ECU
P0117 - engine coolant temp sensor
Trams ECU
U0401 - Invalid data from ECU/PCM
Ride Level Control
U3000 - Control Module
Parking Assist
B1B36 - Front Right outer
B1B38 - Front Right Inner
B1B40 - Front Left Outer
B1b42 - Front Left Inner
Will the coolant sensor cause a no start condition?
I'm leaning towards the U0401 causing the no start, but I'm not sure.
Any tips or things to check or comments are greatly appreciated.
