Nail in tire near sidewall - replace all 4 tires?

Nail in tire near sidewall - replace all 4 tires?
Just got a nail in my front tire near the sidewall in my 2018 Evoque. Read somewhere that with 4 wheel dr you may have to replace all 4 tires. Tires currently have about 10K of wear and are Continental Cross Contact. Thanks in advance for any advice.
