I took ownership of a new Evoque (MY21 P250 HSE) last week and am loving it. However, it was a super chilly day here and I noticed that for about the first 10min of driving in stop/start traffic both this morning and evening, whenever I was idling, the heating would turn to cooling.

I spoke with the sale manager who said that his car did this but I wanted to see if anyone else experiences this and confirm if it was normal?
