Default No click, jump relay switch it cranks but doesn't start - 06 HSE Superchaged

Hi all,
I've spent the last two weeks reading other posts and it seems I've tried everything. Here are my issue(s):
I have a 2006 HSE supercharged 250K:
1 - about 2 weeks ago I started it, it sounded rough, my first thought was O2 sensor, soon engine light came on: Misfire on one cylinder (no O2 fault)
2- reset faults, started, still rough, but this time transmission started to slip from 3rd to 6th then locks in 3rd gear. Pulled over, restarted and it reset transmission (still ran rough)
3- drove for several days, no issue aside from rough riding, thought it could be gas, rain, wind, with these puppies at 250K it could be anything
4- about 3 weeks later, while driving all lights on the dash came on, alarm lights came on and all power went off, engine died
5- Pulled over, turned it off, started it up in Park no issues
6- a week later, again while driving it slipped into 3rd gear, gave me the limited transmission gear fault on dash and went dead.
7- No click, all dash lights and gauges are on, no click.
8- Towed it home.
9- Took battery off, charged it up from 12.4 to 13.1 put it back on. No click in Park, put it in Neutral, it started
10- Shut it off and it has not started since (10 days ago)
11- Took out starter relay, tested it with load and energizing voltage it worked fine. Replaced it anyways
12- Checked every fuse in the car, checked every relay in the car - all good
13- jumped 3 & 5 on starter relay socket, engine cranked/turned over but never maintained - it reminded me of an old bronco that had the inertia switch triggered
14- from my research 06 doesn't have inertia/gravity switch - since I towed it on flat bed thought that could be the cause
15- replaced both CMP sensors thinking they could be the reason it ran rough to begin with as well as slipping transmission (and possible no click)
16- Battery at 13+v - NO click
17- jumped 3&5 on the starter relay, it cranked but did not start as usual
18- I had been so busy with all this so far that I didn't realize that when I turn the key to the first position, the radio comes on, all lights are on, BUT the only light on the dash that comes on is the red air bag light, not the fuel gauge, no other lights.
19 - Middle lower controls are all dark, meaning the fan, the clock, the height ride switch all dark
20 - Lights around the hand brake and stick are on as usual.

I'm not going to waste time chasing after fuel pressure, or fuel pump till I figure out why most of the power is gone. If I can get the dash and fuel gauge to work again and that doesn't solve the no start issue I'll cross that bridge then.

Of course I've rechecked all fuses, I went back and exposed the ignition switch to see if the connection to it is wet, dirty, cut, but it's so hard to get under the ignition switch that all I can do is stick my fingers down there and try to wiggle it, but it's hard to imagine it would be the key switch since some of the dash comes on.

Any guidance aside from letting it roll into the river would be appreciated. Plus, I'd have to tow it there.
Thanks
Jay

I'm trying to delete this post because it appears the issue is not with NO CRANK but it seems that it's an electrical problem. I wasnt aware that the title can be edited until after I started a more appropriately titled post.
