Current Jeep owner looking at switching over to the LR world. I’ve been perusing the net in search of a good, low mile, reliable DD. I found this one on Craigslist that seems to have had quite a bit of work done. What are everyone’s thoughts?

Me personally I would stay away from the L322 before 2006. The BMW motors were no where near as good as the Jag 4.4. 2007 and later had the Terrain Response system for improved off road ability. If that matters to you. Price varies greatly by location. Look for service history and get a pre-purchase inspection. A couple hundred up front could save you thousands down the road.

 

Where do you recommend to go for a pre purchase inspection? Land Rover dealership? Will they be pretty thorough and go in-depth?
