Default Replaced head gaskets. Might have timing chain 1 tooth off but runs decent. P0016 p00

I have an 08 range rover 4.4.
I just did the head gaskets and did the timing with the special tools but Also did not know i needed a shim for it but was fairly confident i had it in time. All the slack was on adjuster side ect.
it runs decent asside from a small misfire shake and stumble here and there that I assume are related to my plugs being absolutely terrible.
I have p0016 and 18 apon startup everytime after clearing.
I would imagine that a tooth off and it would run way worse.
is it possible to be a tooth off and still run decent?
