Default Navigation Traffic View

I have seen a thrrad or two on this, but I never saw a real solution.

My car is a 2019 Range Rover. I have the incontrol and I have the car connected to the cellular network, so I think all the pieces are in place. According the the manual, one of the navigation views should include the live traffic view if I am connected to the internet and have Incontrol. However, THis is not one of the options for me. I see others have had the same issue. I never saw a resolution and am hoping that if I post this, someone might responsd with how they resolved it.

Thanks!

Have you looked in your Nav settings and enabled it?

Could you expand on this?
There is no note in either the Incontrol Instructions (that say that you get this function when you subscribe), or the owners manual about a setting to enable this.

Thanks

Go to settings on your vehicles upper screen.
You have to purchase the live traffic BTW
Have you gone to https://www.landrover.here.com/index.php ?
If not there is where you enter your info and purchase it.
If you have trouble call LR and they will help you.

That is where I bought my map update subscription. I thought that was only for map updates. I thought that the Incontrol subscription was what turned on the live map traffic. I subscribed to both which is why I was expecting the live map view. Is there something on the here site to buy the live traffic? Maybe that is an option besides the map update? I spoke to them about a week ago and thry did not indicate that I had not purchased anything I needed for the live maps. He thought I just needed the Incontrol live data feed from AT&T, which I have.

The site says that connected services (live traffic is one of them) are included with a map subscription. I do have a map subscription. And it says you need a suitable data plan, which I also have. Very irritating.

They are purchased separately.
Not sure about the specifics.
I got a notice on the vehicle screen when mine was expiring.
