Default Poor call quality via Bluetooth

...and here comes my second question for today: during calls in my RR Vogue SDV8 MY 2016 I can hear crystal clear what the caller is saying. Does work this way the other direction. People almost cannot understand, what the person is saying, when calling from my RR via Bluetooth. Changed the mic already - no change, same problem. Tried with different phones. Thank you for your help!
