It is a pin sticking out on the top left

 

what are you referring to as "this" in the picture. The first two items are self explanatory, The third symbol is the parking sensors and the one below it is the cameras function. Do you not have your manual? You could find online and download it.

That looks like an imperfection in the screen or a bad pixel. Have your dealer determine what it is.
