no offense, but that article has been out for a while. 
at my dealers the other day to get an 18-month delayed Activity Key option installed (which never happened because they mistakenly received the old one, not the new-fangled one
) and my contact said their PHEV FFRR clients are reporting real word electric range of 45-60 miles. That's encouraging, along with the 50 kW DC (sort of) fast charging.
Wish thye'd put that same 38 kWh battery tray in the Defender and Discovery, I could live with that for a while.
