Default Gear shift release **** broke

The Range Rover p38 got stuck in the reverse gear. A Phillips screw directly under the chrome like button removes the gear shift ****. This will expose the metal stem. At the top of the stem you will see a button within the stem. Depressing this button will allow you to put the vehicle in the gear of your choice. Be aware that the engine will not turn back on if the vehicle is stuck in any gear besides park. Always have duct tape and a screw driver on board to get out of a jam.
