P38 internitant Cold Starting
I have a 2002 Range Rover P38, having starting problems only when it is cold, otherwise starts and runs great. Recently replaced ECU and Fuel Pump but still will not start on cold mornings. I am able to start if I spray starting fluid in the air box, takes two times but then starts, which makes me think it is a fuel starvation problem. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so could you advise the cause was and fix?
