Time has come for me to find a new, more reliable vehicle, and the P38 must sadly leave the garage. This car means far too much to me to give up to just anyone, or sell it to a land rover shop to part out. I would love to get it in the hands of someone who wants a great P38 (black, tan interior, just over 100k miles) who'll drive it and take care of a soon to be classic.
The issue that keeps reoccurring are coolant leaks, and potentially a problem with the thermostat I've never really diagnosed. My inexperience with repairing vehicles myself is a big reason why I have to say goodbye lol.
