Default p38 vehicle speed fault

Hi All trying to chase a fault with my 2001 p38 4.6 thor. i have an issue where after a short drive eas fault comes up. it only happens after geting past 35mph and can be random when it comes up. upon scanning the eas module i get a vehicle speed fault. scanning the ecm i also get a vehicle speed invalid and in the gearbox module i get a can message vehicle speed invalid. so far i have changed the transfer case module eas module and the gearbox module. its weird i can adjust my suspension ok until i get a bit of speed up then i get said fault. speedo is working. abs light goes out. gearbox changes normally. low range works. i just have this road speed fault. looking at live data in the ecm for road speed it stays at 0 constantly. where else does a p38 get a speed signal from? im pulling my hair out with this one.
the codes im getting are
TCM Module : CAN MESSAGE V3 (ROAD SPEED) INVALID (FFh)

ECM : VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL ERROR DRIVE CYCLE B
TRANSFER BOX ECU MIL REQUEST
EAS: VEHICLE SPEED FAULT

Do you have a scanner that can actually clear the fault? Some EAS "faults" will remain until cleared. Nanocom can do it (pricy but the best unit), RSW Solutions will do it. I think there are other scanners that can clear the fault, but I think only LR specific scanners can do it.
