Default 2010 TDV8 cranks but doesn't start

I've done a ton of research on this and all roads seem to lead to 'dead ECU' somewhere on the CANBUS, but .. I haven't found which one yet. Let me describe the symptoms:

I have a christmas tree full of warning lights on the dash, faults for .. lots of things. The engine cranks but doesn't fire (or even attempt to).
If I reset the faults and immediately read them, these faults will always be there:

The usual suspects are the TCCM, however it seems that for the 2010 MY it was moved to the drivers side rather than stuck to the engine ECU, and is now the other way up - so the connectors don't fill with water. Of course, it could still be the fault..
PCM comes up in a lot of threads and something is pointing me to that at the moment - reading the live data (engine off, obviously) I see this (the battery was a little flat here but even a new battery doesn't change things):

Does anyone know what the "Battery voltage" should read? All other modules read ~12V but the PCM reads ~5V which seems wrong. Likewise the DC/DC Converter voltage reads ~7V; does anyone know what that should read when the ignition is on but engine isn't yet running?
