Default 2011 RRS Audio Issues

I have a 2011 RRS with navigation. I'll skip the details other than it involved Steak, Lobster, Asparagus several alcoholic drinks and a curvy road. Whilst doing an unexpected thorough cleaning of the passenger floorboard area my front speakers stopped working. All the rears play fine but no fronts at all. The bluetooth still works and if I answer a call my phone will connect, people can hear me but I cannot hear them(seems like when the phone worked properly it came through the front speakers). I used a fair amount of water during my cleaning and suspected the metal box under the seat. I removed and replaced with a used amp/module. It made no difference. Only the rear speakers would work. I suspect it may be a phone module that has been mentioned before that is located in the passenger side rear quarter panel. Does anyone have any experience or have had a similar problem?

I just installed a phone module. No change, rears only play. No errors with scan from GAP tool. Any help appreciated.

I fixed the issue!. The 1st and 2nd amplifiers I installed were dimensionally identical with same wiring and gave the same result as the original failed amplifier leading me to believe it was another issue. I also did several GAP tool scans with each amplifier that showed no errors. As a last effort before going to the dealer, I ordered an exact replacement used from eBay to ensure it was the exact part originally installed which was #2 high line (there are several versions that will all plugin and the rear speakers will play.) The radio works as it should with Bluetooth and all front speakers working. I guess that is a rookie mistake on my part. Oddly no dealer or indy shop mentioned it has to be the same version/trim level to fully work.
