My 2015 Range Rover Sport : when I open the hatchback, it only opens to the first (lowest position). I have to manually raise it to the top position if not I hit my head ....too many times! When I lower the hatchback, it lowers to the next lower position and beeps, then a bit lower and beeps, then lower and beeps , then it will close.
We followed the directions perfectly to reset the Height but no luck. I took ti to Range Rover ( they looked at it for a minute) and they said could be the struts or a computer module in the liftgate. Sounds like lots of money$$$
WE did confirm it is no tthe side struts ( whatever they are called).

Any suggestions?
