Default Changing tire size question, is it ok?

I just bought a 2008 Sport and the tires are 255/55/19 and I don't really like the silver rims.
I found some new take-offs from a 2024 Defender that are black rims with 265/55/19 new Pirelli Scorpion tires.
The diameter is 2" larger, so 1" taller.
Wondering if there will be an issue, on the tire calculator it says unsafe, but if it doesn't rub, would they be ok to use.

I made the switch last week and drove to Mexico and back and the new wheels/tires worked great.
Rubbed only once while driving fast and hit a little dip.
