Default Need Advice/Help Choosing

I need help choosing between a 2011 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE.

OR

a 2011 Land Rover LR4 Link: https://www.logic-motors.com/invento...r/lr4/o580165/

I currently drive a mint 2014 BMW 328i M Sport with less than 50,000 miles on it. I would be trading in the BMW for one of these Land Rover's. The reason for wanting a bigger vehicle is because I have a growing family and need a more practical car. I've always wanted a Land Rover, but due to Land Rover having an unreliable reputation/issues I have steered clear from them. From the research I've done the consensus are that the LR4 is more reliable than the Range Rover Sport, but the research has been mixed in information or lacking. I'm hoping to get better information on this forum. So, what do you guys/gals think of the Land Rover's I posted? Should I buy or pass? Please be specific on which one and reasons for buying or passing. Thank you in advance!

Take the sport…less miles, both are similar in many ways, both cost to fix. Get a warranty either way. The sports ride is better imho.

Yeah I'm going into this being pretty realistic that maintenance is going to cost. Thank you for taking the time to check out the Land Rovers I posted and giving me feedback. I really appreciate it!

No worries, I don’t know everything and am learning about this beast like everyone else 😀. If it were a disco woohoo, but this things a beast when cared for properly. New issue just popped up too lol. Filled up on sun but total miles left showed 100 less than normal, trying to figure out if it’s a minor issue that’ll clean up or if the pump is getting ready to go. Just started so I’m going to drive a bit further today and see if the gauge moves like it should. Will try a hard reset if it doesn’t move.
